By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the lackbet platform — including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, specialty games, and any associated mobile or web interfaces — you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Non-Transferability

Your lackbet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other individual. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Deposit Terms

• lackbet does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) may be subject to a processing period of up to 24 hours depending on the issuing bank.
• Failed deposits that have been deducted from your payment source but not credited to your lackbet account must be reported to support within 48 hours, accompanied by proof of transaction.

Withdrawal Terms

Sportsbook Betting

• Bets placed on the lackbet sportsbook are final and cannot be cancelled after the market has been confirmed, except where lackbet determines that a manifest error has occurred in the pricing of a market.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules published in the lackbet sportsbook help section.
• lackbet reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet that it reasonably believes has been placed in bad faith, in coordination with other parties (match-fixing), or in connection with the use of any automated or algorithmic betting tool.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network availability and real-time odds updates. lackbet is not liable for any delay in bet acceptance caused by network latency or technical interruption.

Manifest Errors

lackbet reserves the right to declare void any bet or casino game result that was made available as a result of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed error. In such cases, any winnings paid in error will be reclaimed from the player's account balance. If the balance is insufficient, lackbet may offset the amount against future winnings.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request to close your lackbet account at any time by contacting our support team at the email address listed on this site. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three business days. Any withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your designated payment method after all pending wagering requirements and security checks have been resolved.

Closure or Suspension by lackbet

lackbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months
• Instruction from a relevant authority or regulatory body
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or match-fixing involvement

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, lackbet reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real-money funds and bonus credits, without further obligation to the player. Where closure is made for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any withdrawable balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. lackbet will notify the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. An inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the dormant account balance following the notice period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lackbet, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any of the following:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of or inability to use the lackbet platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause
• Any delay or failure in bet acceptance, odds settlement, or withdrawal processing caused by network congestion, payment provider downtime, or third-party system failure
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information, tips, predictions, or analysis published on or linked from the lackbet platform
• Any loss or damage to a player's device, software, or data resulting from accessing the lackbet platform

lackbet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the incident in question.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

lackbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where practicable, lackbet will provide notice of significant changes via the email address registered to your account. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the lackbet platform and, if you wish, request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8 above.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on lackbet, constitute the entire agreement between you and lackbet in relation to your use of the platform. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
